Strategic planning, project planning, issues resolution planning or team building.  Our approach for each is the same; simple, co-ordinated, collaborative and enjoyable!

Whatever the plan, the issue that needs focus or the workshop that needs to create value for the attendees the Group Strategy approach is the same.  We believe in a collaborative methodology where consensus is reached on the way forward to achieve the success desired.  We believe that by taking this approach those who have to execute the plan are much better placed to do just that, because they were part of the team that formulated it.

Our simple yet systematic and structured approach works.  We ensure that all participants have a chance to get their ideas aired and that the group chooses the way forward.  What we don’t believe in is the old stereotype of individuals presenting and the group listening.  Everyone participates, small sub groups work as teams and teams present to the larger audience.  At the end of the workshop an agreed set of objectives, strategies and milestones will have been developed and a simple governance model presented to ensure that plan execution is monitorable.

Plans typically are articulated on a single page and are easy to communicate to wider audiences and hence to engage others to champion the cause.  Milestones are broken into 30 and 90 day steps to help in their execution.
